It’s possible to breastfeed 2 babies at the same time. Experiment with these positions to find out what you are most comfortable with.

Laid-back position

Lying on your back, lay both babies on your tummy, using your arms to support their bodies.

Twin football hold

Sitting comfortably, place one baby under each arm, using a pillow to support their bodies.

Front ‘v’ hold

Sitting comfortably, hold your hands in your lap, with each baby leaning against one arm. Your babies’ heads will be supported in the crook of your elbow.

Parallel hold

Sitting comfortably, both babies lie in the same direction across your body, meeting at a right angle. This can be used as your babies get older.
